One persisting issue that I have with my skin are regular break outs, which result in dry and flaky patches nearly impossible to cover up with makeup. The mask comes packaged in the Lush black screw top tubs and is available in two sizes. Inside the tub, 125g of lovely mask mixture is found. The mask is a traditional green colour; one that, if you put your hair up in curlers, you'll look like you were pulled straight out of a sixties flick.
Texture is thick and creamy, typical for a clay mask, with chunky particles made of ground aduki beans and evening primrose seeds to exfoliate surface skin cells. The mask is quite mild and soothing, and does not strip or irritate my skin. It helps hyperpigmentation fade faster, and leaves my skin looking healthier, glowy and clean feeling. I use it about once per week, and I do believe this is how you get the best results. Do not overuse it because it's much more likely that your skin will get sort of used to it in a way and you will not get the most out of the masks benefits.
I spread it, then leave it on for about 15 minutes, in which time the mask will have dried. I then wet the mask again by patting some water onto it, and start massaging it onto my face to get the most out of the exfoliating benefits.

I do recommend this mask to all skin types, as it is in no way drying and the peppermint oil found in it soothes irritated skin making it feel very comfortable and fresh.
